Howland filled out the printed spaces for November 19 to December 31 in 1877, filled out the rest of the printed spaces over the course of 1878, and added entries for the last month-and-a-half of 1878 in the back of the book. Includes miscellaneous memoranda and sporadic financial records dating from 1878 to 1884-04-28.
